As the year 2023 came to a close, Sensor Tower has gathered data on the performance of top self-therapy and journaling applications on the iOS platform in Europe. Here's what we found for the fourth quarter.

Me+ Daily Routine Planner saw a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting strong with 68K in the last week of September and peaking at 96K in November. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, with a spike reaching 252K in November. Revenue saw a decline from $46K to $27K by the end of December.

Breeze: Mental Health experienced a surge in downloads, particularly in October and November, with figures climbing from 5K to 21K. Weekly active users showed growth, starting at 31K in September and ascending to 42K by December's end. The app's revenue also displayed an upward trend, from $24K to nearly $19K.

For Day One Journal: Private Diary, downloads remained relatively steady, ranging from 3K to 7K. Weekly active users saw a modest increase, from 8K to 10K. The revenue for Day One Journal, however, showed a decrease from $21K to $16K in the initial weeks, followed by a rise to $23K in the last week of December.

Paired: Couples & Relationship witnessed a decrease in downloads from 13K to 7.6K but saw its weekly active users increase significantly from 140K to 145K during the quarter. The app's revenue showed a downward trend, starting at nearly $20K and falling to $11K by Christmas.

Lastly, Daylio Journal - Daily Diary had a steady download count, hovering around 7K to 10K. The weekly active users showed a slight uptick, moving from 201K to 203K. Revenue for Daylio Journal varied, with an initial decrease from $14K to $10K, followed by a climb to $19K in the final week of the quarter.
